Thank You!

As we bring our retreat series, The Name Above Every Name, to its conclusion, I simply wanted to thank each of you for walking this path together.

I am always deeply moved by your attentiveness, the richness of your questions and reflections, and the generosity with which you listen—not only to the words that are spoken, but to one another. Our conversations have never felt like lectures followed by discussion. They have been the quiet work of hearts seeking the face of Christ together.

What moves me most, however, is your desire for Him. Beneath every question and every insight, I have sensed a genuine longing to know the Lord more deeply, to pray with greater simplicity, and to allow His Holy Name to descend from the lips into the heart. There is no greater joy for me than to witness that desire.

Since the beginning of Lent, we have gathered almost every Saturday for a series of retreats, reflecting together on the wisdom of the Desert Fathers and the modern elders. Looking back over these months, I can only thank God. Personally, they have been a source of profound renewal and hope, reminding me once again that Christ never ceases to draw hearts to Himself when we seek Him with sincerity and patience. I pray they have been a source of encouragement and grace for you as well.

Thank you for your fidelity, your prayers, your kindness, and for allowing me to accompany you, however imperfectly, on this journey into the heart.

May the Lord continue to reveal the beauty of His Holy Name within each of us until it becomes the very breath of our lives.
